Welcome to the wonderful world of Opera Appassionata! September 2007 marks the beginning of our 3rd season and we look forward to a great combination of new and familiar productions. Opera Appassionata is a non-profit organization that provides audiences with quality performances of opera and opera related events accessible to all ages and backgrounds.
Again we have a great mix of exciting concerts and fully-staged operas with orchestra for you. Handel, Liszt and Humperdinck are only a few of the composers that will be featured. You will notice that all mainstage events take place in interesting venues and in one way or another provide for site-specific theatre! For information about individual events, click Events,

New this year are Season Tickets at significant savings! You save 20% on all 7 productions by purchasing a regular seasons ticket. If you like to stay flexible and not have to commit to the entire season, you can also save almost as much by getting a Combination Ticket which allows you to see 1 opera, 1 concert and another opera or concert of your choice! The Society also offers workshops for singers at every stage of their development. All are related
to learning and performing operatic repertoire with emphasis on both background knowledge and active

Opera Appassionata is not only a registered charity, but also gives to other charities by producing
or participating in Fundraising concerts and by offering free concerts to Seniors Homes and other benevolent
